Free Diving Training Sessions

For those who are already certified freedivers (from every freediving agency) and are familiar with training techniques, we offer fun diving or coaching – both can be done as shore dives or boat dives.

Fun Diving – discover the wonderful underwater world on Alonissos with and instructor or certified assistant.

Coaching sessions:  In these sessions we coach freedivers to improve their diving techniques, giving advice on how to identify and solve their diving problems such as equalisation, streamlined position, visualisation, breathing techniques…

Requirements: Hold a freediving certification, be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental or guardian consent), and be able to swim.

Fun diving boat dive – 2 1/2 hours – 80 Euros

Fun diving from shore – 1 1/2 hours – 65 Euros

Coaching:  2 1/2 hours – 125 Euros
