Advanced Freediver

The Advanced Freediver Padi Course allows you to improve the skills already learned in the first freediver course.

To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. You must hold a Padi Freediver Certificate or equivalent from another diving association.

You will improve breathing, relaxation, stretching and equalization techniques. You will gain more confidence and knowledge to dive deeper and for longer. Advanced Freediver license certificates your abilities of: breath holding in static freediving at least for 2’ 30’’, swimming in horizontal dynamic freediving reaching a minimum of 50 meters underwater and perform a breath holding descent to a minimum of -16 to a maximum of -24 meters.

You will learn:

Practice breathing and relaxation techniques.

Hold your breath in static freediving.

Use fins properly in horizontal dynamic apnea.

Improve your equalization abilities.

Dive in constant weight with fins.

Dive in free immersion pulling the rope.

Perform underwater breaststroke in horizontal freediving.

Manage and plan the dive with your dive buddy.
